Returns Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

In the case of returning an item for a refund, you will receive a full refund for the order amount MINUS shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If you received free shipping, your order will be refunded for the full amount minus $6.99 and a 20% restocking fee. 

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return.
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
