Shipping policy

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: all shipping and processing times listed below are estimates only. Copper Ashes cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to postal service issues, customs, high order volume, or other factors outside of our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Copper Ashes.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact us at ashley@copperashes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Services

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and DHL Express. The carrier may vary depending on your location, order size, and current rates.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee. If you received free shipping, your order will be refunded for the full amount minus $6.99 and a $10 restocking fee. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at ashley@copperashes.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
