This listing is for ONE booth space. Each market is OUTSIDE and from 10am-3pm on Saturday, February 14th, or Sunday February 15th.
You will have the option to choose what date you would like to participate in as well as what row you would like to be placed in (front, middle end cap, or back row). Spaces will then be assigned first come, first serve day of. You will not have preference on the exact spacing, only on the specific row (if not sold out). You may pay for a booth for only ONE day that you would like to participate in. Second days will be made available at a later date. This allows for different/ new vendors each day. If spaces are still available on January 20th, you may purchase a second day space. YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT UNTIL IT IS PAID FOR! DO NOT USE THE DISCOUNT POPUP FROM MY WEBSITE FOR 1O% OFF. If you do, your order will be cancelled and your space will be up for grabs again.
Each purchase will come with ONE FREE medium size specialty drink from Copper Ashes to use at Backstage during the event, as well as a 10x10 space for you to sell your art. You are welcome to share your 10X10 space with as many artists as you would like. YOU AND YOUR ITEMS MUST FIT WITHIN YOUR 10X10 SPACE. You will not be permitted to sit outside of your tent or have displays that don't fit within your space. These spaces are limited and we need plenty of room for vendors and customers to walk. You must be willing to stay for the entirety of the event. In the case of an emergency and you need to leave early, please let me know, otherwise, leaving early will impact your ability to participate in future events. Please DO NOT ARRIVE LATE! You need to be fully set up by 10am. If something comes up and you cannot make it to the event at all, please email me at copper.ashes@yahoo.com or send me a dm on Instagram @copper.ashes ASAP. We understand that life is unpredictable and things happen. We would just like to be able to fill the space as soon as possible as there are other artists waiting to participate.
You will be required to take your own payments and run your own booth. Your tent MUST BE WEIGHED DOWN! At least 20lbs per leg and NO stakes. You are responsible for your own trash. We are borrowing this space and need to keep it as nice as how we found it. You are not required to have a tent.
Disclaimer: This is a rain or shine event. NO REFUNDS! You may purchase the $10 protection in the case that the event is cancelled or if you cannot attend due to being sick/ personal occurrences. It is too difficult to issue full refunds to all artists after planning and expenses. You must purchase the $10 protection fee for each market that you attend in order to be eligible to receive a booth refund. If you cannot attend, you MUST reach out to Ashley @ Copper Ashes at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full booth refund. You do not have to buy the booth protection.
While Backstage Coffee is co-host of this event, Copper Ashes/ Ashley Nolan is the event organizer and will have information to questions you may have. Please do not reach out to Backstage as they will direct you back to me.
Be sure to put your name, Instagram handle, and your business name at checkout so that I know who has paid for what. This way I can add you to a group chat on Instagram Make sure I have your contact information! Otherwise I will not be able to give you information leading up to the event. Please send me pictures of your work via Instagram dm so that I can promote it for the event!
Finally, I will have a tent, tables, and chairs available to rent. If you choose to rent one, they will be brought, set up, and taken down for you.
